Stargazing We have no light pollution here on Knoydart. Stunning dark skies lit up by the most amazing show of stars. Follow the arc of the Milky Way, trace the big dipper, find the North Star and plot your way around our night sky. If you are lucky you might catch an illuminating performance of the heavenly dancers emerald and coral bursts from the Northern Lights / Aurora from our long beach on the hill line at Doune. 4 x 4 Tour You can arrange a private 4×4 Tour where you can learn information on the history of Knoydart, clearances, Lord Brocket and its colourful history. The tour is by 4×4 vehicle and is a great way to experience the remoter parts of the peninsula, see the ruins, old settlement at Airor, lazy beds etc and a chance to see deer and wildlife in their natural habitat.
