Before you book

• Weekly Lets (7 nights) run from Friday 3pm to Friday 10am
• Weekend Lets (3 nights) low season run from Friday 3pm until Monday 10am
• Mid week lets (4 nights) low season run from Monday 3pm to Friday 10am
• A £350 deposit inclusive of VAT secures your booking Knoydart House, the balance (i.e full rental cost is required 8 weeks prior to arrival).
• Well behaved Pets : By special arrangement only, pets are restricted to ground floor only, stairgate in situ to assist. (£30 per pet levied).
• Full Terms and Conditions must be read, understood and agreed prior to booking. Thank You.
• Rental rates are based strictly on an occupancy of 10 guests. We have an additional guest bed and cot available rates on application. VAT number pending.
• Low Season runs between Nov and March excl. Xmas /New Year.
• Rates are as advertised on our Availability or our Special Offers page

What does our weekly rate include?

The Essentials

Electricity, crisp white linen, quality cotton towels and towels for the hot tub

The Luxuries

Large luxury Sunken outdoor hot tub seats 8, no daily surcharge, included in rental.

The Equipment

Large Weber Gas BBQ, Outside Furniture,  Free-sat TV's, Wifi, Blu Ray DVD player, DVD library for use

The Energy

A starter basket of logs. For rentals exceeding one week, a free linen and towel changeover service

The Treats

All bathrooms have complimentary Arran Aromatics hand soap and lotion dispensers.

Some little extras....

To help you settle in quickly, we willl provide you with enough teabags, coffee and pint of milk to get you settled on arrival. Salt and pepper, ecover cleaning products, starter pack of dishwasher tablets in situ, rinse aid and toilet rolls. Please do bring your own choice of detergent soap powder & additional dishwasher tablets, we only ask that they are environmentally friendly. Thank you.
